Baseball Cards Price

How can I find someone who will give me a fair appraisal on some baseball trading cards?

I have some trading cards that I would like to get of but I have no idea of there value, so it's very hard to put a selling price on them

1. My local library has a Baseball Price Guide in the reference section. Call your local library and see if they have one too.
2. The most accepted source of evaluating the value of a sports card for the amateur card collector is Beckett. http://www.beckett.com/priceguides/ You can get the magazine at most any book store. The magazine is very simple and easy to use. This will definitely help you get a pretty good idea of the value for each card. Some cards obviously aren't listed because they're not valuable. You could also just purchase the subscription on their website rather than going to the store to buy the catalog. Hope this helps!
