What does PSA mean when dealing with baseball trading cards?
Also, can anyone recommend a good site to find out value or baseball and football cards.?I recently acquired a bunch.

- Im not exactly sure what PSA means, but you can go and look at www.beckett.com and look up your cards. I wish I were more help. Keep in mind, cards are only worth something if: 1) they are rare 2) They are in near perfect condition 3) if you can find somebody willing to pay for them If your looking to see what their worth is....maybe even look at Ebay. See what others are getting for similar cards, etc. Good luck.
- Professional Sports Authenticators, a company which grades cards and authenticates (or denies thereof) autographs. The truest market values for cards are found by searching completed sales on eBay.com, which is free. Beckett.com provides a price guide for a fee. Realize that valuations found here are useful for things like insurance purposes, but are not reflective of what the collector will likely realize when he or she goes to sell. Beckett numbers are merchant market numbers, what you can expect to pay for a card, not recapture when selling. eBay numbers are more telling for this.
