How can I set up an upper-deck retail?

All I really want to do is sell upper-decks most popular card games.ex:yugioh, magic the gathering. How can I get directly to the distributers? I have searched for weeks and can't find them. Instead of paying the middle man, I would like to be the middle man. Can anybody supply me with the information to apply?

1. maybe ask managers of store near you that sell them? then just follow the chain till u hit the source
2. I believe your problem is that MTG isn't produced by upper deck(though yugioh is). It's a Wizards of the Coast product.
