  1. Some sports store.
  2. Baseball Cards arent what they used to be. And if youre expecting near book value, I hope its some rare "Frank Thomas Topps Error Rookie Card" because its very hard to get close to book value for cards. If you want to sell individual cards seperatly, its not worth using Ebay. Try a flea market or sell in bundles to get more money, but less value in return. Funny thing is you added "10 points for best answer " as if thats suppose to urge everyone to answer you questions.......lol
  3. You are never going to get book price, especially from a sports card store. They have overhead, plus the cost of stocking inventory, plus hopefully a profit margin. Only the super rare cards will ever be able to bring you close to book value. Your best bet if you have any rare cards is to sell them through ebay or an auction house. All of them will take commission from sale price. And if you have commons, even collectors won't pay you full price if you find them. Depending on your cards you have for sale, you may have to sell them in bulk for a percentage of book. Remember, book price is what a dealer can be expected to charge, not what wholesale value is.
  4. try selling them on Craig's List
  5. Sometime they have sports card shows. I remember when i was growing up going the the Knights of Columbus and they would have whoever was trying to sell cards set up tables and sell to the general public kind of like a flea market. Im sure you could sell some of your cards at something like this, you just have to find one in ur neighborhood.
