Beckett baseball card price guide clarification help?
Was just looking through a Beckett price guide and they list cards with two columns, a lower and higher value. Does anyone know what card conditions those correspond to? Is the higher value basically for NM condition card for example? Thanks....

- It depends on what year the card is from. For example, a 1987 Topps Barry Bonds rc has a book value of $12. If the card was in mint condition, it is actually worth 150% of the HI column value. So it would be worth $18. The beckett is really a waste though. Sure it gives you a rough idea of what might be popular or hold a higher value, but you cant sell cards for anything close to what the "book value" is.
