2. It's card #32 from the 1955 Bowman set. High book value is about $15. Easily available on ebay for $1 or $2. http://i7.ebayimg.com/04/i/000/d3/96/f70d_1.JPG
3. Wow. Fifty year old pieces of cardboard with the name and likeness of players nobody remembers and most people hadn't heard of at the time are extremely valuable. I'd bet this is probably worth a good .35 cents American currency.
