How much value do older baseball cards have now-a-day?
Was at my family's house for the holiday weekend, was going though some old stuff and came across tons of baseball and football cards I used to collect back in the day. I have some complete baseball sets from back in 88-89-90, Fleer, Topps and Upper Deck. They were in surprisingly good condition. Would something like this have value to somebody 18-20 years later?

- There's another question on here now about the value of baseball cards. Check out the website they're suggesting, and I think you'll get your answers. "The Beckett website" is what they called it.
- Don't get too excited. 1988-1990 were some of the worst years for sports card collecting from a long term value standpoint. The cards were overproduced and there was an overabundance of collectors/speculators who bought cards like crazy. Now, these sets are in plentiful supply and little demand making them worth very little. A few cards still have some minimal value, but most likely, you've got cards that you won't be able to sell.
- The only good players that came out those years was Emmitt Smith and Bret Favre. See if you have them. If you do, they are worth some, but not a lot. Bret Favre rookie out of Upper deck is only 12.00. Buy a beckett football and baseball card plus. (the regular becketts DO NOT have regular cards, they only book rookies, autogaphs, and jerseys).
