What is a signed baseball card of Will Clark with a plaque worth?

The card is authentically signed by Will Clark when he was down in Louisiana when he was captain of one of the mardi gras parades down here. Comes with a plaque and the inscripion on the plaque says "WILL CLARK "THE THRILL"" and it is his 1988 Topps baseball card. Please no sales pitches just value of the item. There has to be some worth to it. Please don't put anything just to get the points.

Since it is not a certified auto i would say no more then $5. Will Clark was good in his time but he does not have a large following and his autographs dont command a premium. A lot of his certified autos only sell for $5 - $10. To get a better idea for yourself i would suggest checking completed auctions on Ebay.
I don't know, but I'll trade you a Shawon Dunston rookie card for it......
