Baseball Cards Price

Can someone give me the value of a baseball card?

I have an old baseball card in mint condition of Pete Rose as a rookie, signed by Ron Peters, the man who turned him in and sent him to jail. Does this basball card have any value?

1. I guess it has a little value.
2. proabably very little value but itwould of had more if the guy didnt gamble, but it will go up if he is instated into the hall of fame
3. It is worth what someone will pay for it. Put it on Ebay put a set price for it so it won't go lower and see what happens. The worse thing that happens is you don't sell it...
4. Usually if a card is autographed, the value does go down some, for some reason but in this case since it's not the baseball player's signature on card & the person who turned Pete Rose in, the card shouldn't be that valuable.
5. Topps 1963 Pete Rose RC is worth $800+ no idea how much the autograph values/devalues it although I don't have any idea why somebody would ruin a Rose RC with Peters' autograph, if I was guessing it would tank the price
