1. The boxes usually stay the same price. As for individual cards, such as those sold on eBay, there is a tendency for collectors to turn their concentration to football. The prices do not dip a lot, but you can find some good deals if you keep a watch out for them. Also try to get the players drafted in 2008 as soon as you can. It's hit or miss, but you can get a gem. My gem was Ryan Braun-I have 28 autographed cards of his and sold 10 others. I took the chance and got them 3 years ago-it panned out real well. But that's hit and miss-mostly miss.
